Opened in December of 1996, this family operated and chef-owned restaurant in St. James is an intimate affair serving creative Italian-American cuisine. The father-son team of Executive Chef Anthony Cambria Jr. and Maitre de Anthony Cambria Sr. are committed to providing a pleasant atmosphere, incorporating an innovative menu with friendly service.

In 2002 Anthony Jr. was awarded Long Island Restaurateur of the Year from the New York Restaurant Association. Bella Vita City Grill received an Award of Distinction from Zagat in the same year. And the restaurant’s wine list won consecutive Awards of Distinction from the Wine Spectator Magazine in 2000-2002. In keeping with the times, the restaurant was also one of the first on Long Island to offer Online Reservations.
